We all want users to engage with our brand, our product, our app, our intervention. Engagement is the buzzword du jour, and while we may not know exactly what it looks like or how to get it, we know we want it – a lot of it. But what is engagement, why is it important, and how do we make it happen? At Mad*Pow, we think differently about digital engagement.
