Once a Police Officer, now Mad*Pow’s Experience Director, Thanh uses his detective skills to investigate people and their behaviors in the context of UX. Thanh has always been interested in design as a way of understanding people and the problems they face in technological, physical, and organizational spaces.
Thanh came to Mad*Pow from the Bentley University User Experience Center and The Nelson A. Rockefeller Center at Dartmouth College after beginning his career as a police officer in Keene, New Hampshire. We sure are happy Thanh hung up the cuffs, found UX, and never looked back.
When he’s not understanding the roadblocks users face and finding solutions to overcome them, you can find Thanh playing his acoustic guitar at different local open mic venues in the Boston area.
