While not a designer herself, Emily was first introduced to the “design world” while a marketing manager at Stanford University, where her division did some collaborative work with the Stanford Design School and saw first-hand how to apply design thinking concepts to create change and address challenges.

Since that time, she’s worked with clients to identify barriers and disruptions in customer experiences, and to prescribe ways to modify the “design” of a process or technology configuration to maximize efficiency and drive business results.

Emily earned her BA at College of the Holy Cross and an MBA at Babson College. She’s applied her education, and increasing experience working with major brands and organizations as a CRM strategy consultant and account director in the pharma, software and higher education markets. She loves taking a consultative and empathetic approach to her work, striving to establish her teams as a trusted extension of the client.

When she’s not working, you can find her traveling, running on trails near her home, hiking, or playing music and appreciating all manner of live performance.
